Dato’ Jason is an advocate and solicitor called to the Malaysian Bar on 4 March 2004 with over 20 years of experience in legal practice. His area of practice includes general and commercial litigation, complex corporate and land disputes, contentious estate disputes and company insolvency and recovery work.

In 2014, Dato’ Jason joined S. Mathews & Associate as a Partner and leads the Litigation Department of the firm. He regularly appears at all the High Courts of Malaya and the Court of Appeal of Malaysia. He is also familiar with construction disputes leading to successful arbitration and adjudication.
Apart from litigation work, Dato’ Jason also acts as the corporate advisor and general legal counsel to various local and international public listed companies listed and multi-national corporations from China PRC, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan, spanning across multiple industries, including e- commerce, manufacturing, mining, hospitality, education, entertainment, construction and property development business.
